Reception Hours for First-Time Medical Consultations/Diagnosis

Important:

Please consult your family physician before requesting a first-time medical consultation/ diagnosis at our hospital. As much as possible, please come with a “shokaijo” from your family physician. A “shokaijo” is a letter of introduction from your family physician to our hospital explaining your medical condition. If possible, please also bring your “okusuri techo” with you. The “okusuri techo” is a small notebook listing all the medicine you have been prescribed.
